Branding a bold new era of personal training and nutrition.
Evolve Fitness was founded by newly qualified personal trainer Matt, who came to us with a clear goal: build a strong, modern brand that stood out from the tired, cliché-heavy fitness industry. He wanted to avoid the usual dumbbells and weight plates and instead create something bespoke that reflected the tailored, premium nature of his services. Evolve Fitness wasn’t about quick fixes - it was about real, personal transformation.
The Logo
We designed a custom monogram using the letters E and F, stylised into dynamic, stacked bars. The shape suggests movement, building blocks, and step-by-step progress - a visual metaphor for the personalised plans Evolve offers its clients. It’s bold, energetic, and instantly recognisable, built to hold up across digital, print and apparel use.
We crafted a comprehensive brand identity system designed to support Evolve Fitness at every touchpoint. This included:
Primary logo and icon mark – a bold, custom-built EF monogram that subtly communicates progression and strength.
Typography and colour palette – a modern, high-impact font paired with a confident navy and electric yellow scheme to convey energy, trust, and professionalism.
Visual direction – adaptable graphic elements inspired by "building blocks," symbolising the personalised, step-by-step journeys clients take.
Branded merchandise – concepts for apparel, water bottles, and gym gear to extend the brand into the physical space.
Print and marketing collateral – including business cards, flyers, and posters for use in local gyms and events.
Social media templates – giving Matt the tools to consistently show up online with a clear voice and visual presence.

Evolve Fitness now has a confident, modern identity that breaks away from generic gym branding. The result is a premium, scalable system that communicates strength, structure and personal growth, giving Matt a clear, professional platform to grow his business and stand out in a crowded market.
